Get in Touch

If you have a question about any of the tools on Epochtaste, or you noticed something that does not look quite right, we would like to hear about it. The same goes for suggestions, whether that means a tool you wish we had, a restaurant chain we have not covered yet, or a feature that could make an existing calculator easier to use. Feedback of any kind is welcome here, even the kind that points out a mistake, because that is often how we catch things and make the site better.

We Actually Read Every Message

This is a small platform, and every message that comes in gets read by an actual person rather than sorted by some automated system and forgotten. If you take the time to write to us, we take the time to read it carefully and think about what you said. That matters to us more than it might sound, since a lot of the improvements we have made to Epochtaste over time came directly from something a visitor pointed out or asked for.

What to Expect

We try to respond within a couple of business days, though it can sometimes take a little longer if we are in the middle of adding new tools or fixing something on the site. We would rather take the time to give you a real, thoughtful answer than send back something quick and unhelpful just to clear the inbox. If your message needs more digging on our end, such as checking data for a specific restaurant calculator, we will let you know that too instead of leaving you waiting without any update.

Reach Out Anytime

Whatever the reason you are thinking about writing to us, do not hesitate. Even if you are not sure whether your question is worth asking, send it anyway. We would rather hear from you than have you leave with something unanswered.

Have Something on Your Mind?

Questions, feedback, or an idea for a new tool, whatever it is, we would genuinely like to hear it.
